Support PEX transformation partner and coaches in conducting Kaizen belt training and post training coaching Support the PEX transformation partner on piloting concepts, creating standards and practices Mentors GB for certification & conducts Kaizen Belt training and post training coaching for certification Acts as a coach to the Team leaders on the floor Conduct employee training to instill PEX practices at the front line Carry out PEX engagement initiatives like center wide Kaizen program Manages PEX communication and connects through Promos, Newsletter, PEX Grand prix, PEX day etc Support the GSC in building and sustaining PEX competencies required in the business process through training, coaching and certifications Mentors cross function site projects on case to case basis. Acts as a role model and coach regarding the use of PEX tools, methodology and application in the process
